Downtown Mural Project "Fredericksburg Est. 1728"
Located on 104 William Street, Downtown Fredericksburg 22401
This pilot project was conceptualized and executed by Mirinda and her team of artists Carol Coffman , Troy Howell, and seven local high school students. It was generously funded by the Fredericksburg Arts Commission and City of Fredericksburg. This initiative was designed to improve the Chatham Bridge entrance from Stafford County into the downtown area and involve the area's young artists in a public art project.
